A special note on reservation requests:

All information fields are required. Reservations are not confirmed until a confirmation is sent personally by a member of the I|O team. Any increase in guest count will incur an increase in minimum spend and must be communicated no less than 24 hours beforehand. Due to space constraints, we may not be able to accommodate additional guests, so please be as accurate as possible when selecting number of guests. Reservations will only be held for 15 minutes past the time of the reservation. Tables are limited to two hours for dining reservations or three hours for bottle service reservations. I|O Godfrey does not allow outside food or beverage. Tables are required to order from the dedicated server. Checks are able to be shared to a maximum of three forms of payment. All patrons must be 21 years of age or older after 8pm.

Once we have received your information below, we will respond via email to your request. If we are able to accommodate, we will send a credit card authorization form to be completed.

There is a deposit of $50 required to secure. This deposit fee will be used towards your bottle unless you decide to use a different card the day of your reservation. Nothing is charged prior to the day. We will apply the deposit that day, as well as the cancellation fee.
